ACCREDITATION OF MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES

A/ Journalists, operators and technicians of media organisations covering the Congress on 4 & 5 April 2012, will have to bear an accreditation badge with the mention «Medias».
In order to be accredited, all media participants shall have to:
1/ Fill Media accreditation form the and send it back before 24 February 2012.
2/ Provide a letter from a press organisation recognized under accreditation criteria and bearing the signature of the Editor in chief or the Chief of office. The name and function of the journalist for whom the accreditation is requested shall be included in the letter.
3/ Provide a copy of their professional card or passport or identity card (for Swiss citizens). Send all documents by fax at +33 9 74 44 67 38 or by Email at presse@greenorbis.ch.
B/ Accredited journalists will have access to the Conference Center and to all press-related activities.
Important: Journalists shall collect their badges from the Accreditation Office located at CICG (Press reception).
For security reasons, all media representatives must bear their badges throughout the duration of the 2012 International Congress on Energy Security.
C/ Media representatives shall bear the costs of their stay and accommodation. Organizers also suggest that media representatives should made their hotel reservation in advance through the Internet.
D/ Accreditation is free of charge for the authorized media.
E/ To avert security-related long queuing, media representatives are advised to collect their individual badges on Tuesday 3 April at CICG’s Press reception between 13h00 and  18h00.
Those wishing to collect their badges on 4 April : 8h00 et 9h00.
